Frozen Berry Yoghurt

Three ingredients and a few minutes are all you need to whip up this low-fat, low-calorie but high in protein frozen yoghurt treat, which is ideal as a quick dessert

Ingredients

  • 250g frozen mixed berries

  • 250g Greek yoghurt

  • 1tbsp honey or agave syrup

Method

  • Blend berries, yoghurt, and honey or agave syrup in a food processor for 20 seconds until the mixture resembles smooth ice cream. Scoop into bowls and serve.
