I’m Anne, a certified and registered Health Coach with UKIHCA. I am passionate about helping midlife women improve their energy, sleep, balance their hormones, and overall well-being to feel amazing again.

My approach focuses on practical, realistic habits and simple lifestyle changes that fit into everyday life through nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management and self-care.

I’m Danielle, I know what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself. Running on empty, overwhelmed, and longing for space just to breathe. My own journey back to myself is what led me to create Rose Up This Way, a space rooted in the belief that healing isn't about fixing — it's about returning to who you already are.

I offer yoga and craniosacral therapy in Cheltenham, and everything I do is shaped by one intention: to help you slow down, feel safe in your body, and find your own sense of ease. The Stress Reset Workshop brings that same warmth and care into a shared space, so you can take your first real breath — and leave knowing exactly how to keep going.

  • Not at all. The movement is gentle, slow and suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. It’s designed to help you relax your body and calm your mind, not push you physically.

  • This workshop is exactly for you. The whole experience is designed to feel supportive, calming and manageable. You won’t be put on the spot, and you can participate at your own pace.

  • You don't need to be able to "empty your mind" — nobody can and that's not what this is. The guided meditation is short, simple and gently structured, so all you have to do is follow along. There's no right or wrong way to experience it, it’s uniquely yours.

  • Just bring yourself, something comfortable to move in, your yoga mat if you have one, and anything that helps you relax (like a water bottle or blanket). If you don’t have a yoga mat drop don’t worry, we have mats available for you to borrow.

  • Yes, this is a key part of the workshop. During the coaching session, you’ll create a simple, personalised action plan so you know exactly what to focus on afterwards. You’ll also leave with some simple movements you can incorporate into your daily life

  • Absolutely. Everything you’ll learn is designed to be simple, realistic and easy to integrate into a busy lifestyle. No complicated routines or unrealistic expectations.

  • The workshop is delivered in a small, supportive group, but there are moments for personal reflection and paired coaching, so you’ll still feel seen and supported. The movement element is fully inclusive too. Everything can be gently modified to suit all bodies and abilities. Whatever your body needs, we'll meet you there.

  • Yes. By calming your nervous system and reducing stress, many people notice improvements in sleep, energy levels, cravings and even weight management, as your body comes back into balance.

  • That’s completely normal, and most people come on their own! The environment is warm, welcoming and non-judgemental. You’ll quickly feel at ease.

  • You’ll leave with your personalised plan and practical tools to continue on your own. There may also be opportunities to work together further if you’d like extra support, but there’s no pressure.
