Supporting your hormones through Perimenopause and Menopause

A relaxed, practical 90-minutes exploring simple lifestyle changes that can help you feel more energised, sleep better and feel like yourself again

Have you noticed changes in your body over the last few years?

Many women in their 40s and 50s begin to experience symptons such as:

  • Directions: From Stow-on-the-Wold, stay on the A436, do not turn into Adlestrop village.

After the 'Lower Oddington' sign, our driveway is on the left immediately before the railway bridge.

From the opposite direction (Chipping Norton) also do not be tempted to turn into Adlestrop village, stay on the A436 and we are immediately after the railway bridge on the right. It's a sharp hairpin, but go slow and you'll be fine!

Come along our drive and either park in the field on the left if the gate is open, on the right next to the shepherd’s hut or straight ahead next to the house.

Park up and walk past the house down to the studio – we’ll keep a lookout for you but sometimes we don’t hear you approach, so please just come on down!
